Claire Daly trained in San Francisco in holistic massage and qualified in 2000. On her return to Ireland Claire obtained diplomas in Sports Massage, Remedial Massage and Physical Therapy.

Claire has been practising in Ballincollig since 2003 and has built up a very successful business through word of mouth from very satisfied clients. Referrals also come from medical professionals, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and General Practitioners.

Claire has worked with varied injuries resulting from golf to gardening along with clients who are incapacitated by diseases such as arthritis or suffering from stress related issues.

To meet with the needs of Claire's diverse clients she is constantly upskilling and gaining new qualifications such as her current study of Cranial Sacral Therapy.

Catriona Cahalane H.M.T., N.R.R.I. Reflexology

Catriona Cahalane, trained in holistic massage in San Francisco and graduated in 2003. When she returned home to Ireland Catriona continued her training in Pregnancy Massage, Ear Candling and Reflexology including children and babies.

Catriona specialises in women's health and her treatments are tailored to suit the individual requirements with a particular interest in nutrition, hormonal and pregnancy reflexology. Catriona's approach is entirely holistic, taking into account the client's physical and emotional wellbeing.

Clodagh M. Read, Lic.Ac.

Clodagh Read received her Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2008. She continues to study under Jeffrey C. Yuen, Taoist Priest and Master of Chinese Medicine, 88th generation Taoist lineage Yu Ching Huang Lao Pai. Clodagh has received certificates in Advanced Acupuncture and Essential Oils.

Clodagh is a licensed acupuncturist in the State of New York and a Diplomate in Acupuncture (NCCAOM). She is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association (AFPA), the longest established professional register of acupuncturist and practitioners of Traditional Chinese medicine in Ireland.

On a personal note, Clodagh's interest in acupuncture began while being treated for chronic neck pain due to a birth injury. She was amazed at her body's response in every way and soon saw symptoms such as insomnia and digestive issues vanish.
